Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products (Cookbooks, eBooks & Guides)

Due to the immediate digital nature and downloadable access to our intellectual property (PDFs, eBooks, recipes, and workbooks), digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link or file has been accessed. However, if you encounter technical corruption, difficulty opening the file, or duplicate charges, please contact our support team at info@epicureanflow.com within 14 days and we will ensure you receive the proper files or process a full refund.

2. Online Cooking Courses

We take pride in delivering the highest caliber culinary instruction. If you enroll in any of our masterclasses or foundational courses and find that the content does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the video curriculum has been viewed.

3. Culinary Consultations (Menu Planning Service)

Consultation sessions may be rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed call time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund. Because Chef Eliane reserves dedicated studio time for your custom menu preparation, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, iDEAL, PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
