2. Intellectual Property & License

All recipes, text, videos, photography, logos, workbooks, and curricula published on Epicurean Flow are the exclusive intellectual property of Chef Eliane Muskus and Epicurean Flow. Your purchase grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the content for private, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast, or sublicense our materials without prior written consent.

3. Digital Products Delivery

Digital cookbooks, recipe eBooks, and masterclass access links are delivered automatically upon successful completion of payment via email and on-screen download links. Please ensure your email address is correctly entered at checkout.

4. 1-on-1 Culinary Consultations

Appointments for the 30-minute culinary menu planning service must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests must be received in writing via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time slot.
